What is Still Saturdays?
Stillness Saturdays is a sacred space to pause, reset, and realign .
Each week, we come together for a gentle yoga practice paired with breathwork and guided meditation to help you reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and enter the weekend with calm energy and inner clarity.
This class is designed for all levels — no prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned seeker, you'll find something here to support your journey inward.
We will do some breathing assessment so you can see your progress overtime.
If you’ve been feeling:
- Burned out or anxious
- Disconnected from your body
- Struggling with sleep, stress, or low energy

There is no cost to you. Only your commitment to take control of body is required.

What to Expect
In each 45-minute session, we’ll move through:
Gentle Yoga & Stretching — Focused on releasing tension in key areas like neck, shoulders, spine, and hips and Sun Salutations
Conscious Breathwork — To balance the nervous system, calm the mind, and energize the body
Guided Meditation — A closing stillness practice to ground your awareness and leave you centered
Sometimes we also include mini breath assessments or self-inquiry prompts to help track your progress.

Do I need prior yoga or meditation experience?
Not at all! This class is designed to be welcoming for beginners and deeply nourishing for advanced practitioners.
What do I need to bring?
Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water. If you have blocks, a cushion, or a blanket — feel free to use them!
Is it really free?
Yes, the class is offered as a gift. If you feel moved to support the work, there’s an option to donate after the session — but it’s never required.
What kind of yoga is this?
It’s gentle, breath-focused, and restorative yoga. based on Hatha Yoga. Movements are slow, intentional, and accessible for all body types and energy levels.
Will there be a recording?
To maintain the energy of live presence and privacy, recordings are not shared at this time. We encourage you to experience it fully in real-time.
How do I access the breathwork tracker?
You will get a copy of the tracker on your first day.
